About this site. This is the official information and reservations website for the Palace on Wheels, operated by Palace Tours. The Palace on Wheels train is owned and operated by Indian Railways and the Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation; Palace Tours acts as a booking representative and makes no claim of ownership of the train or its trademarks.

Bookings & payments. Reservations are made through our secure on-site booking system. Fares, dates and availability are confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are quoted per person and are subject to applicable taxes and surcharges as stated on our Fares page.

Inclusions. What is included in and excluded from each fare is listed on the Fares page. Itineraries may be adjusted by the operator for operational, weather or safety reasons.

Cancellations. Cancellation and refund terms are provided at the time of booking and vary by season and cabin. Please contact our reservations team for the current policy applicable to your departure.

Liability. Palace Tours acts as an agent for the train operator and associated service providers and is not liable for changes, delays or events beyond its reasonable control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
